ALHA is a 501(c)5 non-profit incorporated in the state of Alabama. You can download our Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, which are the basic documents that govern IALHA. The Board of Directors, elected by the IALHA membership, is responsible for all aspects of the Association. Day to day operations are supervised by the Executive Committee, which includes the member-elected President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Registrar. Registry operations are overseen by the elected Registry Board, led by the IALHA Registrar. As an IRS recognized non-profit organization, IALHA annually files Form 990 with the Internal Revenue Service. You can access our form 990 filings through the guidestar.org website.
